Founded in 1908, Settlement's reach extends throughout the Philadelphia region with six branch locations in the Philadelphia area and in Camden, NJ. The School provides 10,000 weekly services of individual lessons, classes and activities in music, dance and visual arts to children and adults and annually provides more than $2 million in financial aid to families in need.
The School's 2008 Centennial was a time to celebrate its tradition of service, the excellence of its faculty, and the hundreds of thousands of former students whose Settlement experience helped shape their lives.
