Giving Opportunities
Named Spaces
Settlement Music School offers its supporters many ways to memorialize their commitment to the school, including named spaces at any of its six branches. Items ranging from trees and outside benches to teaching studio spaces and recital halls may be available to name in honor of a loved one. Named spaces are listed annually in annual reports or school catalogs and are recognized with appropriate signage, perpetually. Please contact Amelia Schmertz, Director of Development, at (215) 320-2682 for more information and a complete list of naming opportunities.
Tuition Subsidy Funds
Settlement offers financial assistance to 40% of its students, granting close to $2 million in aid each year to families with demonstrated need. Donors are invited to provide tuition subsidy funds that may be established at any gift level and are expended over a period of years as agreed to by the donor. Student recipients are notified of the fund name when aid is awarded and donors are further recognized in printed material for the duration of the fund. Please contact Amelia Schmertz, Director of Development, at (215) 320-2682 for more information.
